A
challenge to keep up to LIC new image in just 15 days was indeed a humongous
task. Both our servicing and creative teams put forth a strategy to make
the site more attractive to present and future policy holders, agents
and employees alike. With a clean minimalist design and crisp content,
the site is made more user friendly giving the Indian insurance category
an international edge. The site had to focus on ease navigation, reaching the landing pages directly, getting to the appropriate policy quickly and effectively, seeking help or going to ones own page immediately. We also had to showcase the 50-year heritage and some prestigious awards with equal weightage, without compromising the home page aesthetics. Special customized greeting messages were created on the home pages of the stakeholders. An under construction page was creatively designed to build up the anticipation to the new fully revamped site with its refreshed look and feel. This is just the beginning of a mega giant taking a new image online, we have also proposed some innovative online suggestions for the largest insurer in India to gain a greater market share in the coming year. |
